1. What are the top 3-4 skills or experience you are looking for this BA to possess?
2. Strong communication and follow-up, including written and verbal.
3. Requirements elicitation and gathering (various modes, include 1-1 interviews, workshop facilitation)
4. Salesforce Business Analyst certification
5. Experience with cross-functional stakeholder groups (life insurance death claims is a plus)
6. Experience working in Agile Scrum and/or Scaled Agile
7. Experience with creation of user stories, test cases, and supporting development team with testing (as needed)
8. Are there specific tools you are looking for this BA to have?
9. Miro or another web-based collaboration tool (Mural, Figma, etc.)
10. Atlassian (including Jira Cloud, Jira Align, and Confluence)
11. Microsoft Office365 Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
12. Salesforce Financial Service Cloud
13. Will this BA supervise or direct team members?
14. This will be an individual contributor role
15. The individual will work directly with Product Owner, Tech Lead, Scrum Master, Development Team Members, UX Design, Operations SMEs, and Agile Release Train Leadership (Chief Product Owner, Solution Architect Engineer, Release Train Engineer, Journey Analyst).
