Join our team as a Golf Coach at our high school golf team. We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to lead our golf coaching program with a focus on enhancing players' skills, fostering sportsmanship, and promoting a love for the game.

Duties:
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to improve players' golf techniques and strategies.
- Provide individualized coaching sessions to players of varying skill levels.
- Organize and oversee practice sessions, drills, and on-course training to enhance players' performance.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment that encourages teamwork, discipline, and respect among players.
- Evaluate players' progress and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with other coaches and staff to ensure smooth operations of the golf program.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in golf coaching to enhance the program's effectiveness.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Golf Coach or playing at a competitive level.
- Strong knowledge of golf fundamentals, rules, and strategies.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate players.
- Passion for teaching and developing athletes in a positive learning environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate player schedules.
