We are seeking a highly motivated Loan Assistant to join our team. As a Loan Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their Rural Development Single Family Housing Loan/ Grant applications. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong desire to help others and a passion for the financial industry.

Duties Include, but not limited to:

  • Performs a variety of non-routine assignments within the various programs.
  • Performs loan processing and servicing assignments of limited scope and complexity.
  • Under the guidance of a higher graded specialist meets with other lenders and potential borrowers to explain Rural Development programs and requirements.
  • Assignments consists of such work as reviewing application processing and loan and grant servicing reviews.
