We are seeking a highly motivated Loan Specialist to join our team. As a Loan Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their Rural Development Single Family Housing Loan/ Grant applications. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong desire to help others and a passion for the financial industry.

Duties Include, but not limited to:

  • Reviews loan applications for completeness and conformance with all RD requirements.
  • Analyzes and inputs data into appropriate automated database systems.
  • Prepares as applicable, conditional commitment, funding commitment and notification of loan closing and certificate of eligibility and either approves or submits to approval official.
  • Develops, implements and coordinates an outreach and marketing program for the Single-Family Housing programs.
