Knowledge of and skill in applying laws, practices, policies and regulations to statistical programs. Knowledge of financial, legal, and statistical analysis of cooperative or rural businesses and cooperative or business/cooperative operations and industries. Experience working with and educating rural and cooperative stakeholders. Knowledge of research techniques for developing quality information materials and reports.

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

There is no education substitution for the GS-13 level.

This position requires a favorable credit check as part of the background investigation.
