WE ARE SEEKING TO FIND AND HIRE EXPERIENCED CDL CLASS A FLEX DRIVERS FOR THE REGIONAL POSITION OUT OF DAVENPORT, IOWA.

MINIMUM OF 6 MONTHS OF VERIFIED SOLO TRACTOR TRAILER EXPERIENCE (AFTER ANY SCHOOL TRAINING) PULL A MINIMUM OF A 40' TRAILER.

Flex drivers must be willing to run both solo and team routes . Flex drivers are responsible for filling in for drivers who

are out sick, on vacation, etc. Work consists of delivering aftermarket parts (lose package pieces i.e. hoods, bumpers,

doors, etc.) to Honda dealerships. If on a night route the driver will be given the keys to unlock the gate / doors at

dealership. They are responsible for unloading the trailer, scanning in the new load being delivered, picking up returns

and locking the dealership back up before heading out. Drivers must be comfortable maneuvering a tractor-trailer in

comfortable with city driving (Chicago) as they frequent the city often.

• Weekly starting pay will average weekly pay- $1350.00
• $1000 Guaranteed for solo. .65 / cpm
• Average miles per week- Solo 1500 Team 3000. Both drivers are paid actual miles if Team.
• Accessorial pays- Stop Pay; hourly delay pay;
• Lanes- IA, IL, IN, KS, MN, MO, ND, SD, NE, WI (could cover any of the domiciles as needed. We would put them

up in a hotel if needed. A lot of Chicago driving.

Touch freight : Automotive Part (cages, totes, loose pieces). The physical requirement is handling, positioning and securing delivery roller cages and lifting loose boxed parts on the floor and overhead in trailer attic on / off trailer in / out of dealership.

Weight lift / handling range 40 -75 lbs.

• Parking. Trucks will be parked at the Davenport DC for Honda Parts. Drivers will share the break room in the DC.
