Position Overview:
We are seeking passionate and energetic motorcycle enthusiasts to join our sales team. Sales Associates will be the primary relationship builder during the sales process to ensure that we connect our customers with the motorcycle of their dreams. UMS Sales Associates will work online leads (about 10X the number that a traditional brick and mortar motorcycle sales person would get!) in the CRM to prospect, nurture, and close sales. This is done with a high volume of phone calls, texts, and emails with the customer.
Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Performance: Generate sales and revenue from motorcycle unit sales by building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and matching them with the best inventory to fit their budget. This will include building quotes, presenting the details, and educating the customer on their options.
• Customer Experience: Ensure customers become Raving Fans of Used Motorcycle Store by delivering outstanding experiences! Good communication and follow up with customers is the key to making this happen.
• Brand Management: Ensure the UMS Brand and reputation is always elevated through the product and service quality levels delivered.

Qualifications:

• Basic motorcycle knowledge a must.
• Ability to close sales. sell, sell, sell!
• Self-driven with a hunger to succeed. Ability to work in a Team environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
• Strong computer and phone abilities. Attention to detail. Ability to multi-task.
• Willingness to learn and be coached.
• Weekend availability is required, in addition to some evenings.
• Bi-lingual is a plus.
