Sales Associate The Dancing Orchid Gift Shoppe is a lovely boutique gift shop offering a wide range of beautiful gifts, jewellery, cards, artwork, home dcor and more. We are currently seeking an outgoing, reliable and professional person to join our amazing team! This is the MONDAY and TUESDAY position and is a permanent position (shift 10:00 am- 5:30 pm). The successful applicant will receive training in October prior to the position start date of October 18, 2021. There is also potential for additional hours if covering holidays and sick days for other staff. Responsibilities and Roles of the position include: Delivering exceptional customer service Knowledge and comfort in communicating product information Store opening and closing procedures Operating a cash register and visa/debit terminal Reconciling daily sales General cleaning and maintenance of the store Receiving and processing store inventory Previous experience working in a retail environment and/or customer service position is preferred. Part-time hours: 15 per week Application deadline: 2021-10-10 Expected start date: 2021-10-18 Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Salary: $15.20 per hour
