About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Demand Generation, ABM to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and demand generation strategies. This role is crucial in driving our growth by creating and executing high-impact ABM campaigns that generate qualified leads and accelerate the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive ABM strategies to target high-value accounts, aligning closely with sales and marketing teams.
  • Campaign Management: Create, execute, and optimize multi-channel ABM campaigns (email, webinars, events, content syndication, etc.) to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide detailed reports to stakeholders, making data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to identify target accounts, understand their needs, and tailor campaigns to meet these needs.
  • Content Creation: Develop and oversee the creation of compelling content and messaging tailored to different stages of the buyer's journey for target accounts.
  • Technology Utilization: Leverage marketing automation and ABM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Budget Management: Manage the demand generation budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize impact.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience: 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS (ideally mid-market to enterprise) marketing with at least 2 years’ demonstrable experience in running ABM programs.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful ABM campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and ABM tools.
  • Mindset: Results-driven, strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
  • Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn and Google retargeting ads with a proven track record of running successful campaigns.
  • Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio), CRMs (Hubspot), email automation and sales engagement (Apollo) tools.
  • Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking allowing you to come up with scroll-stopping creatives, and orchestrate unforgettable experiences and events - both online and in-person.
  • Ability to recognize buying signals, and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
