About the Job:

The Director of Sales will be responsible for driving the sales strategy and execution; partnering cross-functionally to ensure the team is working in tandem to achieve goals and scaling our product-led sales strategy. This person will continue to create and foster a world-class developmental sales culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales quota through inbound/outbound leads
  • Coach Sales Leaders and Account Executives through Pipeline and Forecast reviews, Deal Reviews, Call Listening, and other training programs
  • Develop, test, implement, and refine growth and acquisition strategies through data, segment-specific value drivers, and compelling stories needed to support a high-growth team
  • Providing excellent leadership to the current sales team and hiring and developing new talent as we grow and expand
  • Create strong internal partnerships and work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operations Leadership teams to outline and implement our top-of-the-funnel strategy through inbound and outbound tactics, revenue and quota goals, and territory models

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3 years of proven sales leadership experience
  • Experience working in product-led organizations
  • Experience working in high-growth, performance-focused SaaS sales environment
  • Strong analytical abilities and metrics-focused leadership skills
  • Strong sales acumen, experience within a variety of sales and coaching methodologies, and a growth mindset
  • Exceptionally strong communication skills, including experience effectively communicating with senior management
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously; experience driving cross-functional collaborative projects strongly preferred
  • A track record of delivering strong results with overall company success as a top priority
