POSITION SUMMARY
USG is seeking an experienced Salesforce Product Owner to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in driving our Customer Experience strategy from a technology and data standpoint, lead the Salesforce team and establish and maintain cross-functional governance to constantly evolve the roadmap. Within this role, providing guidance on best practice and instilling common standards, you will be responsible for leading the development and optimization of our Salesforce platform to drive customer intimacy, the productivity of the commercial teams and enable USG to maximize value.
You will always work cross-functionally, including Sales, Service, Marketing, and IT, to connect company processes making Salesforce the key interaction platform which is to evolve in a user-centric manner enabling our business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a customer-centric mentality, willing to go the extra mile for achieving the results for USG, and will break down all barriers to ensure success for the program. You will bring outstanding people leadership, architectural/technical guidance, product expertise, innovation, and knowledge capital to USG. Finally, you will scale expertise by creating relationships across the enterprise, making intentional investments in the areas that benefit our customers the most.
USG is evolving its plan on customer experience and this role is critical for translating this objective in a business process and technology roadmap. We will require a seasoned professional that can support the evolution of goals and objectives, along with potential ambiguity as the role is evolved based on the individual’s experience and skillset.
Minimal travel may be required.
