The United States Naval Academy Alumni Association & Foundation is searching for an Analyst, Research and Portfolio Management.
This position is based in historic Annapolis at our current offices located next to the beautiful grounds of the U.S. Naval Academy. In 2023, the staff of the Alumni Association & Foundation moved into the new Fluegel Alumni Center, which was built on the banks of College Creek overlooking the Naval Academy and downtown Annapolis.

The Analyst, Research and Portfolio Management position will lay the data-driven groundwork to help execute a comprehensive campaign that will support the Naval Academy's Strategic Plan 2030. The campaign is currently in the leadership/quiet phase. This position will work closely with the USNA Foundation staff to support development program effectiveness and fundraising goals. This position will also closely partner with colleagues from across the Enterprise to support all development and engagement efforts, including colleagues in Regional Development, Donor Relations, Principal Gifts, Alumni Engagement and Events.
The position is part of an energized and engaged team, all of whom are driven to advance our mission as well as their own professional and personal growth. The team works closely together to think strategically, address opportunities and challenges, as well as search for ways to improve both team and individual performance. This position reports to the Director, Research and Portfolio Management and work directly alongside development officers from the Regional Development and Planned Giving Teams.
