Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will also provide light administrative support, handle office tasks, and assist when permitted from their duties. The position is in office position.

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers to setup shipments.
• Prepare Bill of Ladings for shipments.
• Check in drivers and assign dock doors.
• Log all incoming shipments.
• Print out pallet tags.
• Help office staff with general admin duties when needed and not busy with shipping responsibilities.

Experience:

• Shipping and receiving experience.
• Bill of Lading experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous administrative experience is a plus but not required.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
