USP Management, Inc. is Hiring a Business Operations Coordinator Near Fort Lee, NJ

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Operations Coordinator (fluent in English and Korean) to provide comprehensive support to our executive’s day-to-day activities and property management. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple high-level administrative support, managing personal agendas, and handling a wide range of tasks.

Responsibility Areas:

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for the executive.
  • Conduct research and provide information to support decision-making.
  • Research and order supplies and other necessary items.
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.
  • Assist in organizing events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Track and follow up on various tasks and projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties (residential and commercial), including maintenance, tenant relations, and lease administration.
  • Maintain accurate records and details of the executive’s activities and property management via Excel and Word.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in both English and Korean.
  • At least 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant (or in a similar administrative role) or property management (financial management and lease administration).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Discretion and confidentiality, proactive attitude, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience supporting senior executives.
  • Ability to anticipate needs, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Understanding of local property regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage property-related administrative tasks effectively.

Work Hours: Full-Time (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
