Under the supervision of the Dietary Manager, the dietary assistant performs a variety of food service duties requiring the preparation, cooking, serving, and retrieval of patient trays. Knowledge of food temperatures and the in and out process is preferred.
Required Skills:Must have a food handlers certification or able to obtain one upon hire.
