USPI Foundation Surgical Hospital of San Antonio is seeking a motivated Executive Assistant to join our team. We have 20 private suites and 5 OR rooms. We perform outpatient surgical procedures in Bariatric, Orthopedic, General, Neuro/Spine, ENT, Pain, Urology.
Job Summary: The Executive Assistant will work directly with C-level executives and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of confidentiality and managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for performing administrative duties that require discretion and independent judgment.
Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with customers, physicians, staff, patients, vendors and administrators.
Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners.
Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries.
Preparing correspondence, reports contracts, agreement and various specialized documents for internal and external distribution.
Take minutes at MEC, Board and PAB meetings or as asked otherwise.
Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
Assist with credentialing.
Assist with contracts.
Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:Qualifications:
High School Diploma, or equivalent
Some college preferred
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant reporting directly to senior management Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to sustain a level of professionalism with all personnel
Excellent communication and people skills
Advance MS Office skills with the ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain a strict level of confidentiality
