You AreWe are now looking for a hardworking Silicon Solutions Hardware Engineer to join this multifaceted and innovative team. Working in the Silicon Solutions Engineering team, you will be responsible for validation & debug of all current and future silicon at NVIDIA. Work as part of a team with logic design, circuit design, architects & board engineers to ensure successful product development with aggressive product cycles. The qualified candidate should be comfortable in a lab environment and should demonstrate a passion towards creation, execution, and improvement of silicon validation plans.

Role Location: CaliforniaCompensation Range: $60,000-$90,000

The Opportunity
- Participate in silicon bring up & post-silicon validation of new silicon with the objective of driving product to mass production.
- Perform bring-up, timing characterization and validation on SoC/GPU processors on DRAM (LPDDR/GDDR), MIPI DPHY and other high-speed interfaces.
- Perform margin/tolerance/variation determination/characterization.
- Work with and support engineers for silicon data collection.
- Setup and maintain PCs, platforms, lab equipment and infrastructure for testing and validating SoC and GPU platforms.
- Resolving silicon and board issues related to logic design & signal integrity with other senior engineers.
What You Need
- BS or MS degree in EE/CE.
- Detail oriented, reliable, Self-motivated and able to work under pressure with good communication. Good understanding of PC systems, PC components and network connections and experience handling lab equipment like Oscilloscope, DAQs etc
- Good knowledge on PCB design and high-speed signal integrity issues
- Basic scripting and programming skills (Python & JavaScript).
