The Joe R. and Teresa Lozano Long School of Medicine at UT Health San Antonio Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences Assistant Professor/Clinical, Non-Tenure-Track http://psychiatry.uthscsa.edu/ The Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences in the Joe R. & Teresa Lozano Long School of Medicine at UT Health San Antonio is recruiting general and geriatric psychiatrists for a faculty position in our growing department. Candidates must be board-certified or board-eligible academic general psychiatrists to fill these full-time Assistant Professor positions on the non-tenure track. The faculty will be responsible for individual clinical duties and supervision of psychiatry residents and medical students at a variety of clinical sites. These sites include the psychiatric services in the outpatient UT Health faculty practice plan and participation in clinical research trials. Applicants must hold a valid Texas medical license. In addition, candidates must be eligible for clinical privileges with the University Health System under the appropriate staff category and must agree to abide by those privileges as outlined by the current bylaws of the institution.
