Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department or Emergency Observation Unit at UT Medical Center in Knoxville, TN. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing emergency care to patients, assessing and monitoring patients, administering medications, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining patient records and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Emergency Nursing, Critical Care Medicine, and Nursing skills
  • Experience in emergency medicine and patient care
  • Ability to assess and monitor patients
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation
  • Current RN license and CPR/BLS certification
  • ACLS and PALS certifications are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field is preferred
