UT Southwestern Medical Center is hiring for Program Coordinator, School of Public Health
Manages recruitment and admission activities for the MSCI program, which may include coordinating the production of brochures and recruitment materials, overseeing the interview process, maintaining records of applicants, compiling statistical data on applicants, and preparing reports on admissions activities. Maintains records and documentation of program participants\' activities, including evaluations, grades, recommendations, and verification of enrollment; prepares complex reports and surveys for OSPH and university administration and/or accrediting agencies regarding statistical information on education programs within the department or unit. May assist OSPH Financial Director in monitoring program expenditures within university guidelines and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
