UT Southwestern Medical Center is hiring a Senior Administrative Assistant II, Geriatrics Department.
The Department of Geriatrics is seeking a professional, proactive, and positive individual to join our team in the position of Senior Administrative Assistant II. This role will be responsible for calendar and schedule maintenance; preparing agendas, presentations, meeting materials, taking meeting minutes, assisting with action items, and planning follow-up meetings; arranging travel, processing expense reimbursements, and other general administrative support. This role is to provide administrative support to 7 faculty and 2 APPs by assisting in coordinating academic activities for assigned faculty, conference room coordinator, journal club coordinator, office request coordinator, Qgenda team member, division compliance representative, credentialing coordinator, back-up timekeeper and maintain office vendors.
This role will be 100% ON SITE for the first 6 months.
