UTSW is seeking an excellent Senior Financial Analyst with exceptional communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills to be used for the Office of the Provost. This important role will lend critical support to our leadership team by providing analysis related to the financial modeling of clinical department incentive plans as well as the tracking of total professional effort across the institution. You will also assist in the preparation of department/institutional budgets through the faculty salary planning process and generate reports for all Academic Affiliation Agreements with partner institutions. The Office of the Provost is a central administrative office overseeing all clinical and basic science departments and centers across the institution, providing exciting growth and development opportunities for our staff. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will have the opportunity to enhance your leadership skills by mentoring and training. Our ideal candidate is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Adaptive planning tool a plus. If you enjoy challenging, fast-paced work and enjoy working with top medical leaders with an opportunity for growth this is the position for you. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule and requires the ability to work on campus 2 days per week.
