Implements and oversees the College of Engineering's (CoE) career development and success initiatives such as internships and co-ops. Works with the university Career Center, CoE Directors of Development & Alumni Relations, and CoE academic departments to promote student career development, readiness, internship, and employment opportunities.Delivers and evaluates engineering career-related, experiential learning programs and related initiatives that cultivate and equip all engineering students to effectively lead in the workplace. Collaborates with CoE faculty/staff to develop cross-functional initiatives. Works one-on-one with students to prepare them for engineering career success. At the request of CoE departments, develops and administers career-related presentations, demonstrations, etc.
