We are looking for a Full-Time Receptionist for our highly skilled and fast-paced General Surgeons office in Cedar City, Utah

Prerequisites :

• Be available Monday through Thursday 8 : 30 am to 5 : 00 pm
• Happy and positive personality
• Well organized
• Ability to make proactive autonomous decisions
• Ability to adapt, multi-task and support co-workers to ensure a cohesive patient experience
• Experience utilizing various software (ex : Excel, Word, Electronic Medical Records, etc)

Job duties (include but are not limited to) :

• Answering phones promptly and professionally
• Schedule and prepare clinic appointments
• Accurately input
• Greet patients as they come into the clinic
• Take payments from patients over the phone and in office
• Communicate with other provider offices and hospitals

Preferences (preferred but not required) :

• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Previous experience working in a medical practice
