What You Will Do
As an Office 365 Administrator, you will play a critical role in maintaining a stable and reliable Microsoft O365 environment for the company. This role involves the design, implementation, integration, and support of our full Office 365 environment and its applications, plus third-party vendor integration.
Key Responsibilities
  • Implement Office 365 software and modifications without adversely affecting current production or testing environments.
  • Administer Microsoft services like Teams, Skype for Business, OneDrive, PowerBI, Dynamics CRM, Exchange Online, Intune Endpoint Management, Power Automate, SharePoint, Security and Compliance, Yammer, and Azure Active Directory.
  • Provide on-site and remote support for issues ranging from simple desktop configuration to network troubleshooting and support/maintenance related to Windows Server, Exchange, Okta, and Office 365 environments.
  • Configure and implement SharePoint on-premise/online/hybrid and various Office 365 services.
  • Manage and monitor installed systems and infrastructure.
  • Create, maintain, and update detailed designs, diagrams, engineering specifications, build changes, models, troubleshooting and support guides, systems metrics, and standard operating procedures to ensure operational excellence.
  • Assist with security-related products such as Cortex XDR/Palo Alto Traps, AATP, and Microsoft’s suite of online security.
  • Monitor and test application performance, identify potential bottlenecks, and work with IT staff to implement solutions.
  • Provide second and third-level support.
  • Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to application development staff.
  • Document technical changes and provide technical documentation and cross-team training.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Conform with all corporate policies and procedures.
What You Need
Education: Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science.
Experience: 4-7 years in the technical field, with specific experience in Office 365 administration.
Skills and Abilities: Strong technical aptitude and proficiency in managing Microsoft Office 365 and its suite of products.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and external partners.High level of professionalism and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Salary Range: $87,400 - $109,211
The final salary to be paid and position within the internal salary range is reflective of the employee’s work experience, their geographic location, education, certification(s), scope and responsibilities in the role, and additional qualifications.
