About the Role:

As an Implementation Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming how our clients leverage telematics data to optimize their fleet operations. Your primary responsibilities will include guiding clients through the entire process—from installation and training to ongoing product support. You'll become a trusted advisor, ensuring seamless integration and maximum value from our products.

What You'll Do:

• Project Management: Create, communicate, and execute project plans.
• Operations: Coordinate ordering, shipping, and installation of hardware.
• Client Onboarding: Lead clients through a smooth and efficient onboarding process, ensuring they understand and can fully utilize our telematics solutions.
• Training & Support: Provide comprehensive training sessions and continuous support to help clients get the most out of our products.
• Product Expertise: Gain in-depth knowledge of Utilimarc's offerings and share best practices with clients.
• Hands-On Experience: Work directly with clients, solving real-world challenges and driving their success.
