About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its premier single-specialty physician group. The CEO will be a dynamic and engaging leader, providing strategic direction to ensure the growth and success of the organization. This role involves overseeing a large team of full-time employees and providers across multiple locations, with a focus on expanding service lines, improving profitability, and driving long-term growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a business-savvy leader with a strong background in finance, business development, and revenue cycle management. They should also be approachable, compassionate, and have excellent communication skills, with previous experience in a senior executive role within a medical practice.Candidates for the CEO position at the company should have a Master’s degree, preferably an MBA, and a minimum of five years' experience in a similar leadership role. The role requires a leader who is committed to the stability and future success of the organization, and who is willing to collaborate with others to maintain an open and supportive work environment. While not mandatory, previous experience in the field of rheumatology is a plus. The CEO will be based at one of the organization's locations and is expected to regularly visit each of the sites to ensure effective management and leadership.
