Overview: Provide Inside Sales Services to existing customers and serve as a marketing resource for the Technology Department.

Summary of duties and responsibilities:

• Serve as inside sales representative for existing customers.
  • Create proposals and quotes.
  • Recommend equipment and solutions.
• Work with vendors to create solutions for our customers.
• Respond to public proposal requests.
• Work with technical resources to solve customer facing issues.
• Renew contracts and follow-up with existing customers.
• Serve as a Technology Department marketing resource.
• Launch and manage outbound marketing campaigns.
• Manage and send communications to existing customers.
• Oversee the distribution of our monthly newsletters to customers.
• Other duties as assigned or prudent

Education and/or Experience:

• Two-year college degree or industry sales experience required.
• Commitment to excellent customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• General IT or Sales background
• Marketing experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to use independent judgement, maintain a high level of confidentiality and operate under minimal supervision
