Job Summary

We are a growing Los Angeles based manufacturer of commercial refrigeration equipment who is seeking motivated candidates for a Regional Sales Manager role.

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales objectives within assigned territories.

We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial, can-do spirit who will be responsible for driving company and product presence within the identified territory.

They will work with the Director of Sales to develop a sales plan including analyzing sales statistics, managing day-to-day client relationships, driving revenue and identifying opportunities for growth.

Candidates must be self-driven, accountable, independent, able to plan their own work and be willing to learn. Ample opportunities to learn and be mentored by industry veterans.

We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, a team player and has a passion for sales.

Candidates must be willing to travel.

The Regional Sales Manager will report to the Director of Sales.

Compensation is based on experience and is salary commission expenses.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop regional account strategies to drive growth and brand presence within the region
• Generate business and build new client relationships.
• Seek and establish customers, identify potential customers,creating sales opportunities and cultivate relationships as they arecreated – land and expand client base
• Day-to-Day customer contact including answering productquestions, providing recommendations, mitigating issues, driving solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and positive long-term customer relationship
• Drive revenue, achieving and exceeding sales goals
• Cultivate customer relationships driving sales opportunities andbrand presence
• Track and submit weekly progress reports, evaluating sales, status of the region, identifying opportunities
• Consistently meet with clients within the region, attend industry events.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 3 years sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Superb communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Technical background ideal but not required.
• Foodservice industry experience not required.

• Base salary plus commission
