Tim's Cascade Snacks, a subsidiary of Utz Quality Foods is looking to grow our loyal, career driven, and customer focused team, and is currently looking for a 3rd Shift Warehouse Associate to work from our warehouse facility located in Algona, WA.

As a Warehouse Associate, this candidate will be responsible to load and unload trucks, fill orders accurately, move finished product and provide excellent service to customers. Must be able to work Monday-Friday at 02:00pm-10:30pm and Saturdays during peak season. Need to be available to work overtime as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following: other duties may be assigned.

• Prepares and completes customer orders for shipment or pickup.
• Loads vendors with correct amount of product.
• Completes applicable paperwork for each order processed.
• Loads and unloads trucks using forklift or pallet jack.
• Moves finished product, checks codes dates to ensure product quality.
• Does monthly inventory count as required.
• Provides exceptional service to all internal and external customers.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping work area orderly, complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
• Pay Rate: $20.92/hour $0.50 Shift Differential

Job Responsibilities:

• Two years' experience in warehouse, pulling orders and moving finished product.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Ability to be an independent thinker and make good decisions.
• Good organizational, time management and attention to detail skills.
• Must be able to repetitively lift boxes weighing up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work standing and walking on concrete floors for long periods of time.
• Must be at least 18 years of age

During the first year of service, hired applicants will earn Paid Time Off in the form of Vacation and Flex PTO at the accrual rate of 1 hour for every 30 hours worked, earning a maximum of 40 hours of Vacation and 40 hours of Flex PTO, for a combined maximum total of 80 hours. In addition to PTO, Utz offers 6 paid company holidays each year.
