Human Resources Generalist
Uvalle Law Firm, PLLC is a personal injury law firm that is looking to add an HR Generalist to our dynamic team. We are looking for a fast-paced, employee-centered, professional to join us. Key Responsibilities
· Supervise all aspects of our fast-paced recruiting process. You will need to be familiar with sourcing techniques and exhibit good judgment in assessing candidates for various positions.
· Lead onboarding process for all new team members
· Ensure team members are well informed of human resource policies and programs and answer any questions from team members
· Act as admin for Paylocity for 3 locations
· Serve as administrator for employee benefits and renewals as well as 401k administration for 3 locations
· Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business operations
· Assume responsibility for the accurate preparation of HR related records and reporting
· Monitor employee morale, company culture, and keep management informed of updates
· Coordinate team events throughout the year
· Maintain professional business relationships with HR vendors and suppliers
Requirements:
· Bachelor's (Required)
· Leadership: 2 years (Required)
· Supporting mid-size to large offices as HR Generalist 3 years (Required)
