We are seeking a professional and skilled HR RECRUITER to join our team. You will work with cutting-edge technology to deliver superior customer service. Your Responsibilities Will Include –
Responsible for the recruitment process, exhibiting good judgment in candidate assessments for various positions.
Maintain job advertisements with applicable recruitment sites.
Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, etc.
Screen all candidate resumes for talented and qualified candidates, by assessing relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes.
Coordinate assessment skills testing.
Coordinate the full interview process (phone, Zoom, in-person), per the firm’s process
Conduct initial screening interviews with selected candidates.
Review potential candidates with hiring managers.
Facilitate offers and employment negotiations.
Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to management.
Maintain candidate records and enter/update information.
Assist HR department with administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Your Qualifications & Skills –
Minimum three years of related work experience in recruitment
Strong problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Bilingual required (English and Spanish)
Professional in appearance and behavior
High School Diploma or GED required
College degree or professional certification preferred
