Description: System Administrator consultant to provide assistance with installation, configuration, troubleshooting of 3rd party application and security vulnerability mitigation.
- Software installation and configuration.
- Troubleshoot software installation issues.
- Perform problem root cause analysis.
- Citrix Netscaler administrator or Axway Secure Transport administrator (enterprise file transfer system)
- Assist in creation and update of technical documenation.
- Assist in process impovement.
- Day to day operational task for Axway Secure Transport File Transfer system.(create, update, troubleshoot and remove accounts as needed)
- Assist in vulnerability mitigation for various application installations.
- On-call and some weekend work will be required.
- Additional tasks as assigned.
- Various hardware experience in Linux,AIX and Windows Server.
- Installation and configuration experience in various 3rd party applications.
- Experience mitigating security vulnerabilities.
- Experience in Technical Documentation
