The Consultant will conduct User Experience (UX) research and design and analysis to identify areas of improvement and modification to various aspects of the Sound Transit user experience in both physical and digital environments. This includes but is not limited to:

1. Conducting UX research (e.g., user interviews, card sorting, usability testing, etc.) to identify user needs and pain points.

2. Analyzing user feedback, behavioral data, and industry best practices to identify trends and patterns.

3. Developing user stories and user experience requirements for products.

4. Providing recommendations for improvements and modifications to the user experience based on research and analysis
