This is a great opportunity for a Cooking Supervisor to break into the Healthcare Field. This is an entry level position, willing to train.
This position with the MCH Dietary Department comes with a work / life balance that includes not being scheduled past 6 : 30 pm as well as every other weekend OFF.
These work schedules are few and far between in the Food Industry.
Responsibilities with this position include :
Cooking for patients and hospital staff
Prepping of items for both patients and hospital staff
Supervising the department when Management is not present
Strict recipe adherence to ensure patient safety
Following all food safety guidelines and making sure others are as well
Being a TEAM PLAYER and helping wherever needed

Qualifications for this position include :
Minimum age of 18 years old (required)
Minimum of 3 Years of Commercial Cooking Experience (preferred)
Minimum of 1 Year of Supervisory Experience (preferred)
Exceptional Customer Service Skills
A willingness to learn and become a strong Team Player
ServSafe Certified (preferred but not necessary)
Weekend Requirements : No late nights and every other weekend off
