Title: Front desk Receptionist/Admin assistant Candidate will be required to perform the following tasks. Coordinate Visitor check in, Coordinate incoming and outgoing packages. Assist with Admin/Clerical duties i.e., Filing, Sorting, Copying, phone and Inter office Correspondence to include mail distribution. Assist with Food Truck scheduling. Candidate should be proficient in Microsoft 360 applications (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT & ZOOM) On a Non-frequent basis, the Candidate will assist the GM Coordinator with the following: Employee phone inventory Employee uniform requests/inventory Employee Badge orders New employee Orientation (taking photos of new employees for badge orders)
