Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing quality care and support to patients in various healthcare settings.

Duties:

- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and feeding
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Collaborate with nurses and medical staff to ensure patient comfort and safety
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Help with patient mobility and transfers
- Maintain a clean and organized patient environment

Skills:

- Experience in dementia care, hospice care, or memory care is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations
- Ability to provide excellent patient care with compassion and empathy
- Familiarity with medical office procedures is a plus
- Understanding of hospital medicine practices
- Previous experience working as a nurse or in a healthcare setting is beneficial
- Knowledge of PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit) procedures would be advantageous
