Education And Experience »
- Ability to create and maintain SQL queries, BI dashboards, JIRA, Microsoft office documents (ex. SP, Project. Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint): 5 Years
- Strong verbal and written communication skills: 5 Years
- Strong business analysis skills and research capabilities: 5 Years.
- Knowledge of relational databases in a client server environment: 5 Years.
- Healthcare IT: 5 Years.
- Experience with clinical data ETL techniques, data verification, data quality management, and validation: 5 Years.
- Experience with analyzing and documenting processes and requirement specifications and developing clinical workflows: 5 Years.
- Knowledge of clinical standardized code systems such as CPT, LOINC, and ICD-10: 5 Years.
- Subject matter expert (SME) level of knowledge working with clinical data, EHRs, HL7 v2 and C-CDA messages.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and health care regulatory compliance as they relate to Electronic Health Record (EHR)/Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and Health Information Exchange (HIE).
- Experience with Microsoft Office Tools, including Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to interact and communicate effectively with non-technical clients.
- Mature knowledge of health information exchange data standards and formats, including knowledge of Electronic Health Record Systems’ (EHRs) data architecture.
- Understanding of data quality best practices, governance, and security requirements.
- Understanding of general IT architectural principles, technical designs and specifications.
- Ability to interact as a productive team member on a project team.
