- Experience managing tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira 3
- Experience working agile processes 5
- Must have a strong work ethic with good time management skills 5
- Microsoft SQL/PLSQL 3
- Knowledge of Power BI 3
- WIQL Editor (Queries option for viewing work items) 1
- Analytics Extension by Microsoft (Sprint and their history) 1
- Worked with Restful API 2
- Work with the dev-ops engineer to integrate automated processes into workflows.
- Create dashboards for team members to quickly identify status and metrics of a project.
- Customize Azure DevOps work item templates (Scrum and Kanban boards) to meet project needs.
- Generate reports for upper management to identify risk of projects, resource utilization, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Extensive interfacing with customers
- Managing pipelines as well as providing build and test reports
- Work with the Project Management team to create projects using the agile method in Azure DevOps
- Manage roles and permissions for individuals to have the appropriate rights within Azure DevOps
- Create workflows for things such as approval or notification when tasks change status
