- Experience working with multiple vendors.
- Demonstrated experience in gathering business requirements and developing business rules and process flows.
- Should have the capability to translate business requirements into technical solutions: 5 Years.
- Project Management Experience: 5 Years.
- Strong understanding of healthcare claims processing - Claims, Provider, Eligibility, Members: 5 Years.
- Proven experience delivering Business Intelligence solutions.
- Demonstrated proficiency working with databases - Oracle (11), MS SQL Server etc. DB2: 5 Years
- Experience developing SQL queries.: 5 Years
- Proven experience delivering Business Intelligence solutions.
- Hands-on experience in different file transfer methodologies and different file types and layouts such as csv, txt, XML, etc.
- Knowledge of Agile Methodology
- SAS programming knowledge in SAS tools (Base SAS 9.4, SAS Macro, SAS BI Suite, Data Integration studio, Enterprise guide, etc.).
- Working knowledge of Medicaid and/or MMIS.
- Excellent written and oral communication and ability to facilitate small to large meetings.
- Ability to communicate effectively and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability present to both technical and business audiences.
