Title: Procurement Manager

Location: Philadelphia Pennsylvania 19103; 4 days a week onsite, 1 day remote

• Looking for wireless space mobile network.
• Ideally want someone on contracts, purchase orders.
• Need someone who has experience in procurement, terms & conditions negotiation, RFP’s , pricing, PM skills (PM skills are plus but not Mandatory)
• Hiring Manager will pick someone with procurement skill when compared to wireless.
• At least with 5 years of experience.

The client is looking for Procurement Manager for the Enterprise Procurement team to focus on Wireless Network Procurement. The Wireless Network category includes Core, RAN, and related support and maintenance.

The role will work closely with engineering and operational stakeholders to ensure the success of client Wireless strategy. This role reports to the Senior Director, Enterprise Procurement.

Core Responsibilities

• Support Director with Wireless procurement category strategies, by running spend analysis and market analysis for assigned categories.
• Wireless experience is good to have not mandatory.
• Support Director with commercial and contractual T&Cs negotiations.
• Coordinate and manage SOW execution and follow-up support, as applicable.
• Build understanding of business direction, requirements, and priorities across assigned responsibilities.

General Candidate Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple procurement projects simultaneously with frequent communication touchpoints.
• Ability to identify, analyze, and improve existing business processes for the purpose of optimization.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Strong analytical skills - utilize complex formulas in excel to analyze data, Microsoft Office.
• Experience interacting with and presenting to leadership and stakeholders at a variety of levels is preferred.
