Location: Philadelphia Pennsylvania; 4 days a week onsite, 1 day remote

Our client is looking for a Procurement Manager for the Enterprise Procurement team to focus on Wireless Network Procurement. The Wireless Network category includes Core, RAN, and related support and maintenance.
The role will work closely with engineering and operational stakeholders to ensure the success of Comcasts Wireless strategy. This role reports to the Senior Director, Enterprise Procurement.
• Develop strategies for categories.
• This is specific to the wireless space mobile network.
• Ideally want someone on contracts, purchase orders.
• Need someone who has experience in procurement, terms & conditions negotiation, RFP’s, pricing, PM skills.
• Wireless skills are a bonus – Procurement background is the priority.
• At least 5 years of experience.
Core Responsibilities
• Support Director with Wireless procurement category strategies, by running spend analysis and market analysis for assigned categories.
• Wireless experience is good to have not mandatory.
• Support Director with commercial and contractual T&C negotiations.
• Coordinate and manage SOW execution and follow-up support, as applicable.
• Build understanding of business direction, requirements, and priorities across assigned responsibilities.
General Candidate Requirements
• Ability to manage multiple procurement projects simultaneously with frequent communication touchpoints.
• Ability to identify, analyze, and improve existing business processes for the purpose of optimization.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Strong analytical skills - utilize complex formulas in excel to analyze data, Microsoft Office.
• Experience interacting with and presenting to leadership and stakeholders at a variety of levels is preferred.
