The ideal candidate will have a robust background in data science, with 8-10 years of experience in analyzing complex datasets, building predictive models, and generating actionable insights. This role requires a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical methods, and data manipulation techniques, as well as excellent programming skills. The Data Scientist will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize business processes.

• Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop, test, and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
• Perform data cleaning, transformation, and feature engineering.
• Utilize statistical methods to validate models and ensure accuracy.

• 8-10 years of experience in data science or a related field.
