Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

•Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

•2 years of IT experience in a role such as Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Service Delivery Manager, or similar.

Primary responsibilities:

• Oversee cloud customer instance deliverables

•Participate in customer-facing project alignment meetings

• Maintain project plans throughout the project lifecycle

• Provide excellent customer service and support.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour

Experience:

• Scrum: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• PMP (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Dallas, TX 75201 (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Dallas, TX 75201: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
