V4 Services Group is Hiring a Technical Support Engineer Near Sydney, FL

Position: – Technical Support Representative - L1/L2/L3

Work Mode: Paid on ABN

Pay out: $50 per hour* Travel Reimbursement Commissions on Up-selling.

Location: Sydney, NSW

About the Company:

We are V4 Services Group based in Melbourne. This position is for our IT Support business division for our Sydney Customers. Please see www.v4it.com.au for more details.

In our IT division, we provide online and on-site support for home and business users, along with other offerings.

About the Role:

  • Providing IT Support to Home and Business Users for Issues like Emails, Internet Setup, Printers, Windows and Mac Troubleshooting, Data Recovery, Hardware Troubleshooting etc.
  • This role requires extensive travelling around various Sydney suburbs (Not Regional).

Essential Requirements for this role:

  • Should have strong technical knowledge of diagnosing technical problems and issues such as installation, maintenance, repair, upgrade and configuration and troubleshooting of desktops, software, hardware, printers, internet, email and operating systems.
  • Students studying or recently completed IT courses are welcome to apply.
  • Having customer facing experience is an added advantage.
  • Very Strong Verbal Communication Skills.
  • Should have their own vehicle along with a valid Australian Driving License.
  • Should be a quick thinker and Self Motivated with go getter attitude.
  • You have to be based in SYDNEY and should have full work rights. (Candidates applying from outside Australia shall not be considered)

Important things to know before you apply:

  • Full training will be provided by us, however you need to have basic technical and hardware troubleshooting skills
  • This is contract work that will be paid on ABN.
  • Weekly Payout.
  • Hours of work depend on your availability to work, willingness to travel and of course your IT Skills.
  • You can choose your own days and time of work.
  • This profile includes extensive travelling within Sydney, you MUST have your own vehicle.
  • Opportunity to work Permanent Full Time on TFN with us after successfully completing 1 month in this role.

*Paid for the time you spend with the customers.
