Complete Description:
The Client is the central technology organization of the District of Columbia Government. Client develops, implements, and maintains the district s technology infrastructure; develops and implements major enterprise applications; establishes and oversees technology policies and standards for the District; provides technology services and support for District agencies, and develops technology solutions to improve services to businesses, residents and visitors in all areas of District government.
As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions within our organization. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions leveraging the ServiceNow platform. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow capabilities, best practices, and a strong ability to architect solutions that meet the organization's needs.
Responsibilities:
Required 8 Years
Experience architecting and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments. Required 8 Years
Experience with ServiceNow platform architecture, modules, and components.
Required 8 Years
Experience with ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITFM, HRSD, PPM and SPM. Required 6 Years
10 yrs. as an Enterprise Architect. Required 10 Years
10 yrs. building an IT system roadmap. Required 10 Years
10 yrs. system diagramming/modeling using structured modeling language like UML
Required 16 Years
Bachelor s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience. Required
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications preferred.
