Responsibilities/Duties:

• Develop expertise in the wide range of products we advertise on behalf of our clients on SellMyTimeshareNow.com and other marketplace websites
• Develop a deep understanding of Vacation Innovations’ marketplace business lines and range of services
• Create accurate, grammatically correct, original content for use in client advertisements
• Search for and pull deeds for various properties utilizing multiple systems to ensure accuracy in client advertisements
• Perform quality assurance (QA) to ensure proper posting and editing of advertisements
• Perform scheduled follow up with Sales and Customer Service as needed to attain missing information needed to build advertisements
• When assigned by management, communicate with clients via email to retrieve missing information to build accurate advertisements in a timely fashion
• Process client and internal requests for advertisement changes
• Data entry and data transfer between our internal systems
• Assist with database population and special projects as needed
• Meet and exceed set production goals in a fast paced, high volume environment
• Stays abreast of the latest timeshare industry news including resort and brand acquisitions, resort closures, resale restrictions, etc. that may impact various products and/or our services
• Research resorts and timeshare brands to understand the intricacies of each ownership and compile this knowledge in a shareable format, as assigned
• Assist with maintaining our databases with up-to-date accurate information, descriptions, data, and photographs
• Act as a resource for Sales and Customer Care, assisting with client requests and issue resolution as needed
• Any additional duties that may be assigned to meet business needs

Key Skills/Qualifications:

• Previous data entry and/or copywriting experience preferred
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new software and applications quickly
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with an eye for consistency and accuracy
• Prior professional experience in an office environment
• Knowledge of the timeshare industry, a plus
