EXECUTIVE CHEF

WORKING AT AN OCEANFRONT RESORT IS MORE THAN A DREAM!!!

Come join our family at Vacation Myrtle Beach! We are looking for an energetic person with cooking experience to join Landmark Resort! Landmark Resort is an ocean front property located in Myrtle Beach. Qualified candidates will also possess an eye for detail and a desire for excellency.

Executive Chef responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Demonstrate a commitment to customer service by inquiring about service quality and responding promptly to guests needs.

Analyze financial and operating information on an ongoing basis in order to adjust labor, supplies, materials and other costs to achieve budget.

Keep waste to a minimum

Follow controls for food purchasing, receiving storage, preparation, etc.

Manage kitchen staff

Must possess good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, be outgoing, perceptive and self-motivated with the ability to work harmoniously with varying personalities

Must be able to communicate articulately and comprehend written and verbal communication

5 years cooking experience

4 years management experience in a kitchen

Culinary degree or certification
