Position Overview :

• Provide expert advice on travel options, itineraries, and packages tailored to clients' preferences and budgets.
• Handle travel bookings, including flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel services.
• Resolve client issues or concerns related to travel plans, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Communicate with travel suppliers and partners to confirm reservations, address changes, and handle special requests.
• Stay up-to-date on travel trends, destinations, and industry developments to offer clients the best advice.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, bookings, and feedback.
• Support clients with pre-trip preparation, including travel documents, visas, and health requirements.
• Provide post-trip follow-up to gather feedback and encourage repeat business.
