Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets using Domo and Snowflake to derive insights for optimizing Medicare insurance operations.
- Develop and maintain data products in Domo to track key performance indicators and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with departments to gather and translate data requirements into strategic projects.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through effective data governance practices.
- Work with Data Engineers to design data models supporting business intelligence needs.
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, information systems, finance, or related field.
- 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in insurance or healthcare industries.
- Proficiency in Domo (or similar BI tools), Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP), and SQL (or Snowflake).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
